How does online psychometric testing work?
We know it can be daunting if you have never thought of using psychometric testing. However, as Chartered Psychologists with 21+ years’ experience we professionally guide you through all stages of your project. Thankfully online testing is relatively straight forward.
Firstly, candidates complete the tests at any computer that has access to the internet.
Secondly, our test systems are operational 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. In other words it provides great flexibility for the candidate.
Thirdly, technical support is available between 8am to 6pm. Normally if a problem does occur, (although rarely) it is due to a break in the internet connection.
As a first step though we always suggest that you analyse the requirements of the job and prepare a Job Description and Person Specification. Once we receive these, we will recommend an appropriate assessment based on your needs and provide you with a quotation for undertaking the project.
We then set up the project and forward you information to send to the candidates. Using our modern systems we activate the project using the candidate’s first name, family name and email address. A cut-off date for completion is agreed and once reached we forward you (through our encrypted service) a summary report and individual reports for each candidate.
